How do I place an order?

Simply visit and you will be redirected to our online pharmacy. A link can also be found on our homepage: on the bottom right hand side of the homepage.

Who receives the orders?

As soon as you place an order on our online pharmacy, our staff is notified of your purchase. Your product is then located, packaged and sent to your address within 2-3 business days. If an item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we will contact you to let you know the status of your order. 

When will my order arrive?

In most cases, you will receive your shipment within 5 business days. Factors which affect shipment times include the recipient's location and availability of the product to ship. In the event your product is not available, you will be notified immediately via email or phone.

I need a rush order, overnight or 2-day delivery. Is that possible?

I haven't received my order yet and I think adequate time has passed. What should I do?

We make every possible effort to package and ship your purchase to you in a timely manner. In the event your product fails to arrive on time, please give us a call at 206-525-8012 and we'll do all we can to help.

I don't use credit cards. Can I pay by check or debit card? Do you process electronic checks?

Checks can be processed via our online partner, PayPal. If you don't already have an account with PayPal, you will be required to create one in order to use this service.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my own, or to more that one address?

All items placed in an order can be shipped to one address at a time. This address doesn't necessarily have to be your address. If you would like your order to be shipped to one or more addresses, we suggest you make separate orders for each location to ensure the products arrive at the correct location.

If I live close by, can I come to the clinic to pick my order up?

If you prefer to pick up your supplements instead of having them shipped to you, we recommend making a phone order to avoid shipping charges. Please call us at 206-525-8012 and we will be happy to take your order.

I just placed an order and realized I made a mistake. How do I change it?

Give us a call at 206-525-8012 and we'll go through your order with you to correct any errors which may have happened along the way.

Where can I get coupons and/or discount codes?

After placing my order, will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes, the confirmation email should arrive immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive your confirmation within 12 hours, please give us a call at 206-525-8012 and we will do all we can to help.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please give us a call at 206-525-8012 within 24 hours of when the order was placed and we will do all we can to cancel your order. 

How do I check order status?

How do I return an order?

Returns of unopened, undamaged, unexpired supplements can be returned in person or via mail at our office: 5322 Roosevelt Way NE Seattle, WA 98105-3629. If your order has been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Am I charged when I place an order?
